John Grant was born at Griffith in 1948. He lived in Beverly Hills and went to Hurstville Primary and High school. John left school in 1963 and did a 5 year letterpress printing apprenticeship. At night he did a G.A.P.S. (Graphic Arts & Supervision Coarse). In 1969 he won the government lottery and spent 2 years in the army. From June 1970 to June 1971 he served overseas in Vietnam. On his return he went to work for his father selling printing for Grant and Walker. Around the mid 70’s he had a career change and went to work for J.A. Gilmour at Enfield. At the end of 1980 John decided to set up his own business. He has been trading ever since then. John and Patricia were married in 1972 and have 5 children and so far 5 grandchildren and more to come. John’s hobbies are tennis which he still plays every week. His interests are in the Masonic Lodge of which he has been a member of since 1966. John has also been developing a tourist complex – a Maze down at Foxground just north of Berry on the Princess Highway.

Zeth started in Real Estate at J.A. Gilmour at Dee Why in 1993. He then worked in property management at Century 21 and The Professionals both in Dee Why. In the middle of 2001 Zeth transferred to the family company where he was the Senior Property Manager. In 2004 Zeth transferred into Sales and since then has been Sales Manager. Zeth prides himself on good customer service and achieving the best possible price for his clients. Zeth has a large referral base of clients who wish to buy and sell in the area.

Joan is our Receptionist and controls the front desk. Joan started with the Company in 2003. Joan assists the tenants with all their repairs and liaises with the landlords of the properties. Joan has resided in the Chester Hill area for most of her life.

Katie has joined the team recently. She completed her HSC in 2007 and began studying for her Diploma of Property (Real Estate) in 2008 and graduated in the same year. She has been a resident of Chester Hill for the majority of her life and is very friendly and outgoing.

Vicki is the Client Liaison Officer and head administrator and has a vast and broad experience in all types of administration. Vicki's position involves assisting our vendors and purchasers through the buying and selling process checking that all Contracts for Sale comply with Department of Fair Trading regulations. Vicki also is in close liaison with client's solicitors and co-ordinates pre and post client services. Vicki also assists with various duties to help the Property Management team.

Bree Grant has been the Licensee-in-Charge of the Chester Hill office for the last 3 years. And also holds a Strata Managing Agents licence. The aspects of Bree’s roll in the company are to oversee all staff and to maintain the Trust Account. Bree works closely in the Property Management department as a Property Manager looking after all routine inspections, rental showings, tenancy applications and rental arrears. Bree’s main aim is to achieve a conscious, hard working team that work well together as well as having a good working relationship with our cliental.

Zoran started his career in real estate 6 years ago with John B Grant Real Estate. I am an upfront, honest and responsible person. I pride myself on providing realistic expectations to both vendors and buyers and turning what can often be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. I am a high achiever in everything that I do, setting benchmarks and achieving my clients goals are no exception. I thrive on meeting new people and value opportunities to build great relationships while assisting clients through the buying and selling process.
